A Typical Project -
* To attend site and discus clients ideas and wants
* Develop ideas into sketch drawings and seek clients approval including any alterations.
* Finalise designs and Submit Planning Application
* Form detailed Building Control drawings and specification to prove build method complies with current regulations. And full submission to local authority.
Provide clients with 3 hard copies of works plus PDF file to gain quotes.
From accepted sketches to full submission to local authority is usually 5 working days- we understand your project has been developing for some time prior to gaining professional help and you want things started straight away so we aim for initial consultation with in 48 hours or to suit our clients we operate email communication 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm !!
